How far in advance should I book?
You can book on-demand or in advance. For airport transfers we recommend booking at least 12 hours ahead.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight in real time. If you are delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time — for free.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. You can pay online with iDEAL, credit card, or Apple/Google Pay, or pay the driver in cash.
How many passengers can travel?
Up to 4 by default. For groups of up to 8 we reserve our van.
Do you drive at night?
Yes, we drive 24/7. A night surcharge applies between 22:00 and 06:00.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup via the confirmation email or your account.
